2008 Schedule of Events.

        The Annual Vashon Island Lavender Harvest Celebration at Fox Farm! Vashon Island, Washington, Saturday, July 19th and Sunday the 20th, 2008!

        We’ll have plenty for you to do with talks and demonstrations on such topics as lavender cultivation, harvesting and drying lavender, cooking with lavender, and the many uses of lavender in the home.  There’ll be an activities table for children, U-pick lavender, and lavender wand making.  

        Local artists will display and sell their artwork, food booths can provide you with a snack, or lunch, or bring your own picnic lunch, and enjoy spacious lawns and benches and best of all the heady fragrance of lavender! 

 Sachets, lavender plants and other lavender related products are available for sale.
